The BP-SAH industrial weighbridge with mixed metal and concrete modules already poured in the factory, designed for maximum efficiency and performance from the very first moment, as they eliminate the typical waiting time for pouring and setting, allowing you to start working immediately.
Flexibility and adaptability. Modules that can be bolted to transversal structures, where the load cells are located, for versatile platforms of 12, 14, 16 and 18 metres in length, with the possibility of adapting other lengths according to your specific needs. Whether the model is above or below ground, each module has a standard width of 1.5 metres, which simplifies and reduces transport costs.
From unloading by crane to the use of high-capacity forklifts, we have thought of every detail to make logistics smooth and efficient.
State-of-the-art design and safety. Our bridges are designed using state-of-the-art structural calculation software, combining hotrolled sections (type IPE, S275JR), reinforced (B500S) and high quality concrete (H-300). This allows us to reach a total height of only ~240 mm, achieving a rolling height of ~290 mm and a robustness that meets the structural requirements of the concrete and metrological requirements of our cells, complying with DIN 8119 for road vehicles.
Accessibility and maintenance. We have simplified the assembly and access to the load cells and other elements from the upper part of the scale, placed in transversal structures: "drawers". The load cells are double pivoted and placed on a support that is protected with a dust cover, thus avoiding even more contact with dust, mud, etc.
Structure. The running surface is made of concrete, which avoids skidding and maintains greater resistance to wear. The scale has adjustable longitudinal and transversal stops at the ends. The structure is designed with tubes to channel the cables, avoiding unprotected cables. In addition, we offer robust and cost-effective civil works, depending on the strength of the installation floor, thanks to the low dead weight of our system. In specific situations, we can provide a set of metal plates that can eliminate the need for civil works.
