Modular innovation for more flexibility

The BP-SAH stands out for its modular design, allowing configurations of between 6 and 26 metres in length. The mixed metal and concrete modules, already poured in the factory, eliminate the necessary waiting time for concreting and setting at the installation site, thus eliminating the need for costly civil works. They can be used almost immediately, increasing productivity practically from day one.

Main features

• Installation. It can be installed both above ground and flush-mounted, adapting to any space and use requirement.
• Durability and safety. The combination of hot-rolled, reinforced profiles and high quality concrete guarantees exceptional robustness and resistance. The concrete surface prevents skidding and premature wear.
• Technology. Equipped with CPC load cells, including cables protected with rodent-proof wire mesh and IP67 watertight junction boxes, ensuring uninterrupted and long-lasting operation.

Track height: ~290 mm, optimising access and operability.

Solid structure: Built with S275JR steel and H-300 concrete, painted with high resistance polyurethane (RAL 9505).

Load capacities: Available in 30t, 40t, 50t and 60t options.

Maintenance: Easy access to the load cells from the top and cross "drawer" design for ease of maintenance and longevity of the system.

Adaptability and efficient logistics

Each module has a standard width of 1.5 metres, which simplifies transport and assembly, significantly reducing logistical costs. Unloading can be carried out by crane or high-capacity forklift, ensuring a smooth operation.

Security and regulations

The BP-SAH complies with DIN 8119 for road vehicles and is certified under EN45501:2016 (no. T11160), ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety and accuracy.
