WEIGHBRIDGE
The assembly consists of 3 independent modules, made up of two longitudinal beams with an IPE profile.
Each module forms an independent volume where the reinforced concrete slab will be located. The bolted joint of the three modules will form the scale.
The useful width of the scale is 3.30 m, which facilitates the circulation and maneuverability of vehicles on it.
Vehicle access is achieved, in the above-ground assembly, by means of concrete ramps belonging to the civil works, with a maximum slope of 10%.
It can easily support all types of vehicles with approved and legal axle configurations for free circulation on the road. Easy to clean with water jets or brushing (in the above-ground assembly) to remove dirt, thus increasing the useful life of the scale by removing residues that tend to remain wet for a long time.
Access to the longitudinal and transverse cells and stops is from the outside of the bridge, which facilitates assembly and maintenance work.

Certifications
EU-TEC approval of Model T11160 for industrial assemblies model EPEL-21 issued by the NMi of the Netherlands (Notified Body No. 0122). Allows the connection of visors and platforms with approved cells.
Finish / Painting
Cleaning and degreasing of surfaces by manual brushing according to NBE-EA-95.
Finishing with 2-component, fast-drying, highly mechanically resistant, corrosion-protective polyurethane paint for steel and galvanised steel, black RAL 9505 with a slightly glossy finish. Suitable for corrosivity categories C1, C2 and C3 according to EN ISO 12944-2 as a single-coat system with a dry film thickness of 80 μm.
