Our BP-CR360 metal floor-standing weighbridge is the ideal solution for intensive weighing of heavy-duty vehicles.
With an intelligent design and advanced features, it guarantees quick and easy installation. The 4 central beams and modules that make up the scale are joined at destination using screws, to allow standard transport.
It complies with metrological regulations and supports access speeds.
The scale includes adjustable stops, anchor plates, cable ducts and connections in the main box.
For greater safety, a ground connection is recommended according to the Low Voltage ITC-CT-18 regulations.

GENERAL
It is composed of 4 IPE 360 side beams and central modules to be joined at the destination using screws, to allow standard transport.
The scale strictly complies with metrological regulations, limiting the access speed.
They include adjustable stops at the four corners, anchor plates to support the load cells and their fixing to the civil work. The structure also has channels for the load cell cables, and the connections are made in the summation box located on one side of the beam. To comply with regulations, a ground connection is required according to the Low Voltage ITC-CT-18 regulations.
The summation box is characterized by its protection against lightning and hermeticity with IP 67 protection.
In terms of specifications, the weighbridge includes 6 certified CPC cells, with their cable protected with an anti-rodent metal mesh and a class III precision (1/3000). Complies with OIML and H44 metrology standards, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.

» Suitable for corrosivity categories C1, C2 and C3 according to EN ISO 12944-2 as a single-coat system with a dry film thickness of at least 80 μm.
