The BP-CR500 weighbridge scale offers a robust and versatile solution for weighing in high vehicle traffic environments. It consists of 4 IPE 500 side beams and central modules to be bolted together at the destination to allow standard transport. The scale strictly complies with metrological regulations, limiting access speed.

Additional features include adjustable stops at all four corners, anchor plates to support the load cells and their attachment to the civil works.

The structure also has cable ducts for the load cell cables, and the connections are made in the junction box located on the side of the beam. In order to comply with regulations, an earth connection is required in accordance with the Low Voltage ITC-CT-18 regulations.

The load cells use a double pivot system to guarantee the precise application of vertical loads, avoiding lateral stresses and moments that could cause errors. The total enclosure is characterised by its protection against lightning and watertightness with IP 67 protection.

In terms of specifications, the weighbridge includes 6 certified CPC cells, with its cable protected by an anti-rodent wire mesh and an accuracy of class III (1/3000). It complies with OIML and H44 metrology standards, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements.
