It also complies with European food labelling regulations (EU-1169/2011 on allergens and nutritional information) and independent metrological shielding for legal accuracy.
• Advanced connectivity: each scale can be connected to the Internet via Gigabit Ethernet or USB with a mobile phone modem. This allows for remote software updates, centralised data synchronisation and instant invoicing in accordance with tax requirements (Verifactu), even in locations without a fixed network.
