The weighbridge scale for van weighing offers a compact solution, configurable to customer needs and ready to install on site.
This scale is specifically designed for the weighing of vans up to 3.5 tonnes, with axle configurations that comply with all legal for road use regulations.
It allows the weighing of vehicles with trailers as long as the axle load of the trailer complies with road traffic regulations.
GENERAL
Installation and design:
✓ Fully compact model assembled and adjusted from the factory, facilitating installation on site.
✓ Allows for the completion of the EC Declaration of Conformity in the factory, if required.
✓ Access to the cells and the sum box from the top by means of screwed covers.
✓ Possibility of placing the scales on the floor or flush-mounted.
✓ It incorporates a cable conduit to protect the cables along their route.
✓ 2.47m wide, allowing transport in standard vehicles without the need for special transports.
✓ Certified according to European standards with the number T11160.
Operation and characteristics:
✓ Supported by SQB model cells and supported on the floor by pivoting feet.
✓ The pivoting feet allow to absorb deformations caused by the ground and the weighing process.
✓ Tear drop tread surface prevents the vehicle from skidding.
✓ Includes support plates and pivoting foot positioning.
✓ The single weight signal is achieved by parallel connection of all cells of the scale in a junction box with IP 67 protection.
✓ The junction box is equipped with passive elements for sensitivity adjustment.
✓ It is necessary to install an earth connection according to M.I. BT039 instructions, which must be the same as the one connected to the indicator.

Options
✓ Metal ramps for access to the above-ground model with a maximum slope of 10%. Each ramp is 1000mm wide and 2200mm long. With a tear-off tread plate and lugs for fixing to the ground.
✓ It can be installed in explosive atmospheres, using EEx ia certified cells (For certificates and characteristics see cell data sheet).
Finished / Painted
Paint for metal parts with a high level of anti-corrosion and black colour. Cleaning and degreasing of surfaces by manual brushing according to NBE-EA-95.
The metal parts shall be finished with a 2-component polyurethane paint, corrosion protective for steel and galvanised steel, fast drying and with high mechanical resistance, black RAL 9505 with a slightly glossy finish.
Suitable for corrosivity categories C1, C2 and C3 according to EN ISO 12944-2 as a single layer system with a dry film thickness of at least 80 μm.

Certified as EU type in accordance with EN45501:2016 under No. T11160 in conjunction with the visors mentioned in this certificate.
