The Waste Control module is one of the most significant additions to our internal management system. It allows you to record and categorise the reasons for waste—expiry, breakages, unusable parts—and generate reports grouped by item or reason. It is a tool that transforms information that is usually lost into actionable data, enabling better decision-making.

Network map: a comprehensive overview of all scales in real time

The new scale network map provides a real-time overview of the status of each device in-store: which scales are connected, which are not, which software version they have installed, and what role each one plays. All from a single screen, without having to go to the point of sale.

Dynamic advertising and advanced settings

The advertising module allows you to combine photos and videos into playlists scheduled by time or date, with control over display times and transitions. Ideal for seasonal campaigns or one-off promotions directly from the platform.

As for point-of-sale configuration, Epelsoft Nautilus allows you to create, modify and delete sales types and their operational settings for different sales types, manage operational permissions by sales assistant, and upload a custom logo to appear on receipts and labels.

More comprehensive reports and full export functionality

The reporting section has also seen significant improvements.

Sales charts provide a real-time view broken down by item, product family or sales representative. Data export capabilities have been expanded to include all receipt lines, including waste control details, in XLS, CSV, JSON and PDF formats.

In addition to all these features, this update brings a visual overhaul of the platform.
