BP-H weighbridge
The BP-H weighbridge offers a robust and efficient solution for weighing vehicles on public roads, with a maximum capacity of up to 60 tonnes.
This model stands out for its above-ground design featuring a concrete slab, comprising three independent modules of longitudinal steel beams (IPE 360 section) which also act as guardrails for the vehicles.
The BP-H is a weighbridge designed for heavy vehicle traffic, combining the durability of concrete with engineering that simplifies both its commissioning and long-term maintenance.
Modular and robust structure
The weighbridge consists of three independent modules of longitudinal beams made from IPE 360 sections. These beams extend beyond the concrete slab, acting as guardrails for vehicles.
Capacity and accuracy
The equipment offers a weighing range of between 400 kg and 60 tonnes, with Class III accuracy (1/3000) and 20 kg divisions. It complies with OIML and H44 metrology standards.
Advanced weighing system
It incorporates eight CPC load cells with a dual-pivot system that ensures the load is applied perpendicularly, thereby eliminating errors caused by lateral forces. The signal is centralised in a sealed summing box (IP 67) made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyester.
Maintenance-oriented design
With a clearance of 175 mm between the lower structure and the ground, the scale facilitates the removal of mud and debris using pressurised water or brushing, helping to extend its service life.
Installation versatility
Assembly and handling are carried out using just four hydraulic jacks, without the need for a crane. Its design also allows the weighbridge to be easily relocated. Furthermore, the concrete slab can be cast directly on the site ground using disposable plastic sheeting, thereby eliminating the costs of bottom formwork.
Specific use
It is designed for high vehicle traffic with axle configurations approved for road use, with a recommended passing speed of less than 10 km/h.
